I would recommend everyone, not to go there. We needed to stay in Central New York and I was happy booking this hotel. Radisson is counted in some popular hotels and therefore I was assured about the qualities. First, I had to come again as check-in is late, then waiting on the counter. Much chaos. But real adventure begun when I we saw the room. I booked a queen size bed but I got a 1.5 x 2 meter room with half of a twin bed. When I complaint, manager started to fight. The meaning was, I shouldn't complaint. He said that in booking by Expedia, according to him this website belong to Expedia, is given that there is no guarantee of type of bed. what was this bullshit ! It means I book double and I get single still I may don't complaint. Anyway, after 3 hours problem, He anyhow gave another little better room but we lost our precious time. Unfortunately the cleaner (or an accomplice) stole a pair of my footwear directly from my room when I stayed there back in April 2007. What's worse is that the hotel is trying to brush this under the carpet, pass me from person to person and are taking no accountability whatsoever.

This is disappointing from a customer service point of view so as a fellow traveller with extensive use of hotels all around the world wanted to caution you before considering this location as an option.
