Recent hotel guests have said: "By New York standards, the rooms are palatial" and "chock full of amenities, including a fridge, microwave, ironing board and two TVs." The rooms are "quiet, especially the higher up you go" and the service "efficient and friendly." The location is ideal "right in the middle of Times Square." We also hear that "Times Square might be a little intimidating for first time visitors to the city, though not dangerous it is very busy and can make for a hectic start to your day." That said, the location “makes getting around the city efficient and easy as you are steps away from numerous subway lines."

Recommended for: families and business travelers.

Loved the location and the rooms. Everyone was very nice. Security at the entrance made us feel safe. Only complaint was when we went out for breakfast and returned one hour later, the maids cleaned our room and my cell phone was missing from the night stand.After talking to the maid, head of house keeping and to the front desk twice, no one seemed concerned. Returned home without my phone. called to turn it off, and over 400 minutes was used on it ( Should've done that sooner). Called the hotel again and talked to head of security and he said he never even got a report that it was missing to begin with. I feel like this must happen alot, and I will NOT stay with them again.
