Worse Waste of Money in NYC

Bought 6 tickets for this tour. One member could not attend due to an impending death in the family.Gave over 48 hours notice, but could not get a refund.Took the bus from 690 Eighth Ave. The tour guide was informative and personable. Arrived at Silvie's for Soul Food. They were not informed that we were coming.Which meant that the service and quality of food were compromised.Went on to the Jazz Club where we were the only patrons.Neither the Jazz Club or the restaurant were informed that the tour was short one person,although we were charged for the food and beverages at both places.
