Chef Bernard is now ready to share his tasty secrets with us as well as provide us with written recipes. We will learn how to make Onion Tarte, Stuffed Zucchini and Mixed Seafood. His charismatic charm will make it easy for us to retain the demonstration as he chops, stirs and mixes. Of course, he will be picking and choosing volunteers to aid him throughout the demonstration.
