After Miss Julie

The Roundabout Theatre Company will present Patrick Marber's reimagining of August Strindberg's Miss Julie, where the titular heroine is instead embroiled in the events of Britain's 1945 Labour Party landslide victory in the English countryside. The play, which will be director Mark Brokaw's next project after the currently-playing Distracted finishes its run, will mark the Broadway debut of actress Sienna Miller (Alfie, Factory Girl, Stardust) in the role of Miss Julie. The limited engagement will run through December 6th, 2009.
