The owner is shady

Well, the space is nice, but the owner would rather go in the basement and tweak out than take care of his performers. He seems to run this place for the sole purpose of hooking up with burlesque dancers and getting high, which in itself isn't a bad thing for him, but when it affects his acts, it could become troublesome. Beware if you are a band or performer that is booked here; if you have nothing to offer this pseudo-rich dude in his suit and bowler, you will be berated behind the curtain and certainly have a bad time performing.
