We didn't have to wait in line !!!

I am new to the city… but just wanted to share a great tip not to wait in line…
I met two promoters – Vero and Marion – they work at Marquee every Friday.
Best way to contact them is to text or call 917 569 0979 and they will come get you at the door!!

Surprisingly... they still got it

I was at Marquee last Thursday night and it may come as a surprise, but marquee is still going strong. The club was crowded, but not too packed. The music was great, everyone was dancing and there were tons of hot girls. I have been coming to Marquee since it opened and although the service might not be what it once was I'm very happy to say that Marquee is still a great club.

My fave dance club in NYC

I've lived in NYC for 5 years and always recommend Marquee for "special occasion" nights out. I am generally more of a bar-goer, but for a birthday, bachelorette, or after a charity event when I just want to show off my dress I ALWAYS head to Marquee!! People say the door man is evil, but only if you don't have the right attitude :)

Fun times!

Marquee has been around longer than most NYC clubs and the reasons are they provide great service, the music is always good, (they have 3 different rooms, so there is something for everyone) and the crowd is always good looking and respectable and despite being over 5 years old, you can usually spot a celebrity or two sitting a table. If you're looking for a fun NYC club to go to... I would highly recommend Marquee.

Not even worth your time

This place is SO over!! Marquee has only reinforced the idea that the life of a new York city club is as fleeting as an Hermes sale. The crowd there has now turned incredibly unattractive - the men are short, ugly, over 40, And the women have put on some serious weight since the place opened and seem to have forgotten to visit their hairstylist and need a lesson in Fashion. The staff there still seem to think the place is as hot as when it opened and have ridiculous attitude. There is absolutely nothing special there - the dance floor is tiny, the music sucks, the staff and management are atro...

The Key to Marquee

The key is to get in for free and drink for free otherwise the scene is overrated. The music is all right, not downright horrible, but nothing to write home about. It gets a bit too crowded to have your own dancing space and with most clubs of this type, they're all about bottle service.
