Now over four score old, Arthur's still provides the same jazzy environment--and the music to match--that it has since 1937. The style of the live music offerings waver between jazz and blues and there's never a cover. The two drink minimum is more for show than anything else, as the place is generally so packed that management doesn't keep track.
