Holiday Laser Light Show at Grand Central Terminal
A laser light show is projected on the famed Sky Ceiling 125 feet above the Terminal's Main Concourse. These spectacular free shows bring the ceiling's constellations to life in a celebration of winter, all choreographed to seasonal music. Every 30 minutes from 11am to 9pm.

Grand Central HOLIDAY FAIR

Entering its 10th year, The Grand Central Holiday Fair continues to attract New Yorkers and tourists alike. Known for its exceptional product mix, the Holiday Fair consistently impresses customers from all walks of life. Conveniently located in the heart of midtown Manhattan, Grand Central Terminal’s Vanderbilt Hall is the perfect destination for an elegant shopping experience. And, unlike other Manhattan holiday gift fairs, it’s indoors!

The Holiday Fair is open Mondays through Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sundays, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Extended hours on Dec. 22-24!

Grand Central Holiday Model Train Show
November 24 - January 19
All aboard for the Transit Museum’s 7th annual Holiday Train Show! A magical train layout takes you from Grand Central to the North Pole with stops in between at subway stations, bus stations, gas stations and Santa’s workshop! New features include Lionel’s brand new models of Metro North’s M7 train and New York City Subway’s R27. These models will be on sale at the Transit Museum stores.

A seasonal tradition, the Transit Museum’s Holiday Train Show is a great way to start your tour of historic Grand Central Terminal. Don’t miss the holiday kaleidoscope light show in the Main Concourse, great shops and restaurants, and the Transit Museum booth at the Holiday Gift Fair in Vanderbilt Hall! Hours: Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday – Sunday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Closed Christmas and New Year’s Day. Located in the Shuttle Passage, next to the Station Master’s Office.
