Iconic NYC landmark
By andey_mcfarlin

The most, or at least one of the most, touristy places in New York, but ya gotta love the Empire State Building. A classic example of engineering and art deco design. Plus a great view from the top. Everyone hits the 86th floor observatory, but for $14 more, you can escape the crowd and get a great view from the 102nd floor observatory. Plus on cold days, it is completely enclosed. Definitely a must see for tourists and natives alike.

biggest, tallest, and King Kong...
By bulldog who lives in Clinton

No matter how many times you walk by or through the Empire State Building, there is always something new to see. This architectural masterpiece is truly awe-inspiring. Whether you see it in the afternoon sunlight from a mile away, or whether wander around its ornate Art Deco lobbies, nothing symbolizes New York more than ESB.
