From the Bronx, Queens, and Long Island
Take the Triborough Bridge to the southbound FDR Drive. Exit at Houston Street (Exit 5). Proceed west on Houston to Bowery, turn left, and continue to Prince Street.

From Brooklyn and Staten Island
From Brooklyn and Staten Island Take the Williamsburg Bridge from Brooklyn until it turns into Delancy Street. Proceed down Delancy Street to Bowery, turn right, and continue to Rivington Street.

Take the Manhattan Bridge from Brooklyn. Turn left onto Bowery. Proceed up Bowery to Prince Street.
OR
Take the Brooklyn Bridge into Manhattan. Take the Pearl Street exit. Go straight on Pearl Street. Make a right onto Bowery, and proceed to Prince Street.

From Northern New Jersey
Take the George Washington Bridge to the West Side Highway (NY-9A) going south. Turn left on Clarkson Street. Clarkson Street becomes Carmine Street. Turn right at Bleeker Street. Turn right onto Bowery, and proceed to Prince Street.

From Southern New Jersey
Take the New Jersey Turnpike to the Holland Tunnel, and enter Manhattan. Take Exit 5 on the left, east towards Canal Street. Turn right onto Canal Street. Turn left onto Centre Street. Centre Street becomes Cleveland Place. Turn right on Spring Street. Turn left onto Bowery, and proceed to Rivington Street.

From Westchester and Connecticut
Take New York State Thruway south to the Major William F. Deegan Expressway. Turn right at Third Avenue. Take the Harlem River Drive ramp, and merge with the FDR Drive heading south. Exit at Houston Street (Exit 5). Proceed west on Houston Street. Turn left onto Bowery, and proceed to Prince Street.
