Great view, great venue for events

A recent facelift has given this awesome spot on the Brooklyn map much needed new energy. From here watch the waters of the New York Harbor rush back and forth as they struggle with the tidal waters of Long Island Sound. On a sunny day, Manhattan sparkles and the choppy waters glisten. On a foggy day, it can feel like New England.

The old Tobacco Warehouse, which sits roofless just off Water Street, is a great venue for public and private events. The raw space allows for creativity and minimal kitsch.
